| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual subscription for Developer and Career Coach software from Economic Modeling Specialists International (EMSI) in the amount of $30,500.00. WorkSource Coastal Georgia utilizes the Developer software to analyze workforce data which identifies industry clusters, in-demand jobs, the number of actual job postings per month, and business retention strategies. It is also used to quantify workforce impact. The Career Coach software gives customers a real-time tool to assist with determining career paths that will directly connect them with job opportunities. This is a sole source because EMSI is the developer, designer, and only provider of this software. The software is powered by EMSI’s proprietary data and it provides current information on the regional labor market. The contract term shall be from March 28, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
