| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for roofing materials with Southern Roof Center up to $136,111.70. Contractors and volunteer organizations will install the roofing material on homes owned by low-income, mainly elderly, Savannah homeowners as part of the Housing & Neighborhood Services Department’s Summer Home Repair Program. The Department matches volunteer organizations with homes needing repair. The volunteer organizations provide the labor, while the City provides the supplies and coordination. This contract was originally approved by Council on July 2, 2019 in the amount of $136,111.70. This contract expires on December 31, 2020. There are three annual renewal options available. | |
