D.R. Horton Homes, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Godley Park Phase 5, a development consisting of 52 single family residential lots. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 52 equivalent resident unit development located on Troupe Drive and Bush Drive in the Godley West service area. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
