Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for HVAC Maintenance and Equipment Repairs from South Eastern Air for up to $43,360. 

This contract will be used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to service approximately 37 HVAC units which are located at various wastewater treatment facilities. The contract includes regular inspection of equipment and performance of preventive maintenance six (6) times per year.  It also includes bi-annual cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils.  Regular HVAC maintenance ensures HVAC systems perform efficiently and deliver conditioned air as needed. 

This contract was originally approved by Council on September 26, 2019. The department spent $12,398 using this contract last year. However, additional funding is needed this year due to aging equipment and the need for replacements. This is the first of three renewal options available.
