Georgia Crown Distribution Company has requested a water and sewer agreement for Georgia Crown Truck Court, a development consisting of a truck storage lot with a small office trailer. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this .08 sewer equivalent residential unit development located at 15 Interchange Court. The Water and Sewer Connection Fee totaling $308, which is based on the proposed water consumption, shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
