| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 1 for surveying and drafting services with Brewer Land Surveying in the amount of $80,000.00. The original contract was for surveying and drafting services to be used by various departments to survey properties throughout the City. This contract modification is needed to increase the amount of this contract so that it can be used in connection with the Savannah Shines project. Use of this contract will move the project forward so that it can be complete in 2018. Council approved the second annual renewal of this contract on January 4, 2018 in the amount of $30,600.00. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $110,600.00. The contract term is from January 4, 2018 through December 31, 2018. | |
