| Description The Commission advertised a Request for Quotations (RFQ 22024-008) for a utility van. One bid was received and OC Welch declined to send in a bid due to them not being able to provide a timeline due to production challenges at the manufacturer. J.C. Lewis Ford was the only company to provide a response with a total bid of $59,982 (with one exception pertaining to upfitting). The RFQ was extended for another two weeks due to only receiving one response. The Airport Commission did not receive any bids during the extension. This is a budgeted item for 2024 and $65,000 was allotted for the purchase.
