This contract is to procure towing services for abandoned and derelict vehicles from Staley Auto Parts dba Cash-N-Carry (primary) and Jackson Brothers Towing (secondary). The Code Compliance Department will use this contract to ensure prompt and efficient towing of vehicles in violation of city ordinances, helping to maintain safety and compliance within our community. This contract is revenue generating and will provide cost-effective solutions for handling abandoned vehicles which will benefit our city by improving the enforcement of code violations and promoting a cleaner, more orderly environment for our residents and visitors.  

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. This event was sent out as Savannah First. The contract term expires on March 13, 2025. This contract also includes four (4) annual renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
