| Description Recommend approval to procure six rotating scum troughs from Brentwood Industries Inc. in the amount of $85,800. The Public Works and Water Resources Department will use the rotating scum troughs to replace the existing equipment which has been in operation since 1995 and is deteriorating. The scum troughs play an integral role by efficiently removing grease and scum that has accumulated on equipment used in the treatment of wastewater. This is a sole source because the vendor is the only supplier to provide the equipment without modifying the existing tanks. | |
