| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for geotechnical engineering services to Whitaker Laboratory Inc. (primary) and Terracon Consulting Engineers and Scientists (secondary) up to $75,000. The Office of Capital Project Management will use this contract for geotechnical engineering services for City projects such as: soils engineering work, slope stability analyses, design and evaluation of foundations, reports and performance of third party reviews of geotechnical designs. The services will be used on an as-needed and on-call basis. The contract term will expire on December 31, 2020. This contract will have four additional renewal options. | |
