| Description The project consists of the removal and disposal of the existing Chiller No. 1, York Model YTL6M6F2CWFS, which was installed in mid-1993 and is 28-years old, as well as the equipment, parts, materials, and labor required for the installation of the new chiller unit. The budget amount of $800,000 was based on current models meeting the required chiller specifications and market conditions for both equipment and labor. The following bids were received:
