This is for grounds maintenance of medians, cul-de-sacs, & adjacent rights-of-ways with Venson Lawn and Landscape (Primary) and J. Corbett Enterprise, Inc. (Secondary) in an amount up to $435,000. The contract will be used to maintain grounds of approximately 69 miles of various medians and adjacent rights-of-way within City Limits. Grounds maintenance includes mowing, edging curbs, edging sidewalks, blowing off streets, curbs and sidewalks as well as trash and debris pick-up prior to mowing. Without a contract, the rights of ways would not be adequately maintained. These contracts have four annual renewal options available.
