30. The Savannah Airport Commission requests approval of a renewal of an annual contract with Hurt, Norton, and Associates for lobbying, consulting, coordination, watchdog and facilitation services in the amount of $84,000.00.

31. The Savannah Airport Commission requests approval of a contract renewal with Woodward Associates in the amount of $48,000.00.

32. The Savannah Airport Commission requests renewal of an annual contract for an access control system with Johnson Controls, Inc in the amount of $33,884.00.

33. The Savannah Airport Commission requests a one-year renewal of a contract with Johnson Controls, Inc. for chiller maintenance in the amount of $67,232.00.

34. The Savannah Airport Commission requests renewal of an an annual contract with Kone for elevator and escalator maintenance in the amount of $142,437.96.

35. The Savannah Airport Commission requests authorization of an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 to reimburse JetBlue Airways to relocate from Gate 9 to Gate 7. This move will allow for expanded ramp operations space for overflow parking.
