The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval of a contract with Griffin Contracting, Inc., for the Domicile and Cell Parking Lot Expansion Project in the amount of $327,964.00.

This project includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor and materials to construct expansions of two parking lots at the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. Expanding the existing domicile lot will accommodate increased personnel working in the airport terminal. In addition, the expansion of the cell phone parking lot will reduce parking in unpermitted areas, continuous circling and congestion at the arrivals section of the airport. The work includes asphalt placement, asphalt repair, stone base, 6-foot sidewalk, excavation, borrow, silt fencing, sodding, and all other items associated with the construction as detailed on the plans and in the specifications.
