| Description Recommend approval to procure construction services from E & D Contracting Services, Inc. in the amount of $293,806.00. These services will be used to stabilize the bank and repair portions of the walkway at Bowles C. Ford Park off of Stiles Avenue due to Hurricane Matthew. The services will include replacing sections of the asphalt, trail, washout repairs, and minor repair to the overflow pipe. There was an 18% DBE goal for this project. The recommended bidder submitted DBE participation in the amount of 85% through self-performance. | |
