This contract is to procure HVAC maintenance services for the Water Treatment Facilities from Boaen Mechanical Services, Inc. in the amount of $98,757. The service will provide preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for the HVAC systems at the Water Supply and Treatment Department. Regular HVAC maintenance ensures all systems will perform efficiently and deliver air conditioning as needed. The HVAC systems also provide adequate cooling for the variable frequency drives, which control the pumps involved in the distribution of potable water. The contract covers approximately 70 plus HVAC units and includes inspection of equipment, preventative maintenance six times a year, and chemical cleaning.
