| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for ArcGIS with Environmental Systems Research Information Group (ESRI, Inc.) in the amount of $33,900.00. The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) will use this maintenance renewal to provide maintenance for the ArcGIS, a comprehensive system that allows people to collect, organize, manage, analyze, communicate, and distribute geographical information. The DoIT can use this geographical information to find the best location for businesses, plan for smarter communities, and prepare and respond faster in crucial situations. This is a sole source because this vendor is the only known supplier of this service and is currently the vendor that maintains the system. The term of the annual maintenance agreement will be from June 21, 2018 through June 20, 2019. | |
