The Stonewall 50 Block party is hosted by the Savannah Pride and Savannah LGBT Center.  This year commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising, the seminal moment that is credited with launching the modern LGBT Rights Movement.  Representatives of Savannah Pride are on hand to invite the Mayor and Aldermen to the event, which is scheduled on June 28, 2019 from 7pm - 10pm.  Join Savannah Pride and the Savannah LGBT Center, with funding from the City of Savannah, as we step back onto legendary Christopher Street circa 1969 for a block party celebrating the spark that lit PRIDE across the world.
