Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless has requested a water and sewer agreement for Cove at Dundee, a 72 unit housing development for the homeless located off Wheaton Street on Dundee Street. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 17.1 equivalent residential unit development. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
