| Description On October 27, 2016, the City Council voted in favor of a resolution to declare surplus certain city-owned properties located at 2205 and 2207 MLK Jr Blvd. The Resolution was conditional upon the terms that the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority (SDRA) redevelop the properties for economic development and neighborhood revitalization within two (2) years of the transfer. SDRA did not comply with the terms within the required timeline, and therefore, the properties will revert back to the City. Staff plan to put this property back on the market for sale to the public. | |
