| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract to Morris & McDaniel, Inc. for promotional testing and assessment services in the amount of $69,375. The Savannah Police Department will use the services to develop, conduct, and validate promotional assessments for the ranks of sergeant, lieutenant, and captain. The method used for this procurement was the request for proposals (RFP), which evaluates criteria in addition to cost. The proposals were evaluated on the basis of qualifications and experience, references, local vendor participation, and fees. The contract expires on December 31, 2020 and has four renewal options. | |
