Since 2017, Staff has utilized the professional aviation services of Steven Baldwin & Associates (SBA) for various projects to which include governance review, legislation impact review and airport specific recruitment services include the Airport Properties Manager and Chief of Police. Staff recommends approval of a One-Year Professional Services Agreement for Executive Recruitment Services and Professional Airport Management Support. Under this agreement SBA will provide the Commission support with various tasks in the recruitment efforts of the Airport Engineer, Director of Operations and professional consulting services related to continuous programmatic management support including, but not limited to, professional recruitment and retention services. In addition, the agreement includes professional support services include items such as minimum standards, rules and regulations, governance strategy, independent fee analysis, etc. Baldwin and Associates specializes in airport specific specialty services.
