| Description Police have requested a continuance of this alcohol license transfer to the meeting of July 19, 2018, in order to allow time to address a criminal violation that occurred at Tibet Liquor during an undercover operation on June 20, 2018. Mafatlal Patel for Ambay, LLC t/a Tibet Liquor, has requested the transfer of a liquor, beer and wine (by the package) license from 104 Tibet Avenue to 112 Tibet Avenue, which is located between Abercorn Street and Brandon Lane in Aldermanic District 5. The applicant plans to continue to operate as a package store. (New location/existing owner)
