| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for tree pruning to McKinnon, Inc., Kolcun Tree Care, LLC, ArborNature, LLC, and Downey Trees Inc. in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. The City of Savannah’s Greenscapes Division will use the services to prune and maintain trees on various right of ways throughout the City of Savannah. Vendors were pre-qualified based upon company qualifications, experience, and references. The four vendors will provide bids for predetermined lists of work to be accomplished on an as-needed basis and will be awarded that specific list of work based on the lowest bid submitted. The contract term will be July 5, 2018 through December 31, 2019. | |
