| Description Recommend approval of Contract Amendment No. 1 for the conservation for City cemeteries annual contract to Landmark Preservation, LLC (primary) and Savannah Construction and Preservation (secondary) in the amount of $50,000.00. This contract is used by the Cemeteries Division to rehabilitate damaged historic structures located throughout the municipal cemeteries. This modification is needed to add the rehabilitation of historic monuments located throughout the Historic District. The Greenscapes Division will oversee this work. This contract was originally approved by Council on October 12, 2017 in the amount of $250,000.00. The total amount of this contract to date, including this amendment, shall not exceed $300,000.00.
