| Description Recommend approval of Modification No.1 to the Microsoft Software Enterprise Agreement with Insight Public Sector, Inc. in the amount of $140,833.43. The original agreement is used by The Department of Information Technology to support the usage of Microsoft products by all city departments. This service will allow all City employees to utilize Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office and other platforms. This modification is needed for the increased usage of software licenses for the City’s Microsoft SQL data base server technology which supports software services citywide. This contract was originally approved by Council on May 28, 2020 in the amount of $635,033.69. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification is $775,867.12. | |
