| Title 35. Approval of a Contract with Twist Aero, LLC for the Passenger Boarding Bridge Pre-Conditioned Air Unit Replacement Project in an Amount Up to $580,030 | |

| Description Twist Aero, LLC will perform all services as defined in the project plans and specifications for the replacement of the 45 Ton PreConditioned (PC) Air unit on passenger boarding bridge 1, 4, 9, 10 & 15. The current PC Air units have reached its useful life cycle. The PC-Air unit provides heating and cooling for the boarding bridge and aircraft parked at the terminal gate. The 45 Ton PC Air will be stand mounted, with a TAD tube and “pantagraph” raceway assemblies for routing all control wiring. Stand mounting the unit allows for maintenance to be performed without shutting down the boarding bridge. This project is a 2021 approved budget item.
