Allen Enterprises, Inc. will perform the scope of services related to the update of the existing south vault node of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS). The scope of services includes the manufacturing of dual computers and support systems, on-site commissioning of hardware and use of the existing vault enclosure. The services also include a Factory Acceptance Test performed in-house prior to shipment, on-site commission and readiness checks and training with personnel. The existing computer was installed in 2012 and has reached the end of its lifecycle. Allen Enterprises, Inc. is a sole-source provider and government-approved sole source contractor of the ADB SafeGate light fixture and connection kits, which are currently in use on the airfield taxiway.
