| Description Recommend approval to award a sole source contract to Ovivo Belt Press Parts to Ovivo in the amount of $42,079. This contract will be used to replace Ovivo belt press parts located at the Crossroads Treatment Plant. The Crossroads Plant utilizes the belt filter press to dewater excess bio-solids from the biological treatment process. The replacement parts will provide for a readily available supply for maintenance and repair of Ovivo belt press and prevent permit violations. This is a sole source because Ovivo is the sole supplier of the required parts for the belt press. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. S.S.
