D.R. Horton Homes, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Godley Park Phase 4. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 44 equivalent residential unit development off Sunbriar Lane. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.

Applicable water and sanitary sewer tap-in and installation fees amount to $4,315 per equivalent residential unit (ERU), plus water meter cost.
