| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to renew an annual sole source contract with Zonar Systems for GPS Services in the amount of $83,633.52. These services will be used for tracking, tracing, monitoring idleness, and diagnostic servicing of the Sanitation Department’s fleet. This equipment also assists the Sanitation Department by routing vehicles in the most efficient and cost effective method. This is a sole source procurement because this service monitors existing Zonar equipment already installed in the Sanitation Department’s vehicles. The contract term shall be from July 2, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
