| Description Recommend approval to procure replacement computer equipment from New Century in the amount of $260,000.00. The Department of Information Technology will use this equipment to replace outdated equipment at various City locations. The Department of Information Technology is on a schedule to have obsolete equipment switched within a certain timeframe. This is a sole source because New Century currently holds the contract for the City’s computer hardware needs. It is best to use the same vendor to ensure uniformity and continuity among the systems in use throughout the City. | |
