Description

Alltel Communications, LLC (“Verizon”) currently pays a 2018 annual rental rate at $71,004.58 for placement of telecommunication equipment on the City’s water tank at 100 James B. Blackburn Drive near the Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport. The tenant is seeking to upgrade equipment at the lease premises but will not be adding to the number of devices or load.  Therefore, no additional rent will apply.

No other terms or conditions will change.

This 4th Amendment to Lease has been reviewed by the City’s Information Technology Department (IT) and by Real Estate Services. The following condition(s) are noted:

  • Equipment installation is in accordance with approvals and attached as Exhibit C-3 to the 4th Amendment.
  • Equipment installation shall be coordinated with the City’s IT Department.
