This contract is to procure office furniture from HON Company, National Office Furniture, and Kryptomax through Mason, Inc. in the amount of $130,670. This furniture will be installed and support the administrative and programming functions of the Savannah Impact Program (SIP). This procurement includes items such as desks, storage and filing components, office chairs, conference and training tables, cubicles, and multipurpose chairs.

The HON Company, National Office Furniture, and Kryptomax are on the State of Georgia’s statewide approved contracts program. These statewide contracts are established for convenience and are available for use by all State and Local public entities. The State of Georgia used a competitive bidding process to select HON Company as one of the companies to provide these commodities.  Mason Inc. will oversee the ordering, delivery, and installation of the furniture. 

The Savannah Impact Program buildout is currently under construction and is located at 2005 Waters Avenue. Installation of the furnishing is scheduled to occur once construction is complete and is dependent on supply chain availability. Delivery: As requested.  Terms:  Net 30 days.

A pre-proposal meeting was not conducted as these goods are being procured through the use of a state contract agreement. (D) Indicates non-local, non-DBE business.
