This contract is for grounds maintenance of public parks and green spaces with Garcia Services, LLC in an amount not to exceed $49,790; Kathy Robinson DBA Doc’s Lawn Care Service in an amount not to exceed $102,900; and Simon Landscape, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $47,497.80. Grounds maintenance for the 40 parks and green spaces will be split up between the three vendors and awarded to the vendor who provides the lowest price for the work. Grounds maintenance shall include mowing, edging, line trimming, leaf/debris removal, litter/trash removal, and the application of pesticides and herbicides, as necessary, to control weed and wild growth.
 

The contract expires July 13, 2023, and has four renewal options available. Bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
