| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for elevator servicing and maintenance with Georgia Elevator Company dba Oracle in the amount of $122,560.00. The contract will be used to provide maintenance to City-owned elevators to ensure that elevators in City facilities are in good working order for the safety of City staff and customers. This is the first of three renewal options available. The contract term will be from January 4, 2018 through December 31, 2018. | |
