Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 2 and the renewal of an annual contract with Coslick Recovery Group, LLC in the amount of $61,160.00. This contract is used by WorkSource Coastal for drug and substance abuse education for youth, drug testing, guidance counseling, performance evaluations, and staff workshop sessions. This renewal includes a contract modification that is needed due to an increase in enrollment. Also included in the modification are more individual counseling sessions, group sessions, and parental involvement sessions to meet the new demands associated with increased enrollment.  

This contract was originally approved in Council on February 4, 2016 in an amount not to exceed $25,160.00. This contract modification is in the amount of $20,000.00. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $61,160.00.

This is the first of two renewal options. The contract term will be from January 4, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
