| Description Recommend approval to procure Kiteworks maintenance renewal from Accellion, Inc. in the amount of $45,540.00. Kiteworks is a private cloud secure content collaboration platform that enables organizations to share their content with external partners seamlessly, with the highest levels of security and control. The Department of Information Technology uses this service for file transfers and sharing. This is a sole source because Kiteworks is the original supplier of this service. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if it is necessary. Contract term will be from March 1, 2019 to February 29, 2020. | |
