| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for autodialers with Raco/EH Solutions in the estimated amount of $51,620.00. The Public Works and Water Resource Department uses autodialers to monitor station operations and send telephone and alarm calls to lift station maintenance staff in the event of operational concerns or failures. Bids were originally received on September 29, 2015. This contract was originally approved by Council on October 29, 2015 in the amount of $51,620.00. This is the last of three renewal options available. The contract term shall be from January 31, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
