| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for grounds maintenance services at Laurel Grove South Cemetery with Venson Lawn and Landscapes in the estimated amount of $46,501.00 based on the unit price received. These services will be used by the City Cemeteries Division to maintain the grounds at Laurel Grove South Cemetery. Bids were originally received on September 5, 2017. This contract was originally approved by Council on October 12, 2017 in the amount of $55,443.50 for an approximately 16-month contract term. This is the first of two renewal options available. No M/WBE was established, due to cost estimates in 2017. The contract term shall be from January 31, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
