Steven Baldwin Associates, LLC is a firm that specializes in professional airport consulting related to recruiting and governance issues. This firm has performed preliminary work on the establishment of bylaws, and has successfully recruited two key positions for the airport.  The airport will utilize this firm to continue work on the bylaws, and to assist with filling key anticipated positions.
