Recommend approval to award an annual contract for Savannah Police Department (SPD) uniforms & related items to the following four vendors:  A-1 Uniforms in the amount up to $202,500, Patrick’s Uniforms in the amount up to $157,500, Dana Safety in the amount up to $72,000 and Galls, LLC in the amount up to $18,000. SPD will use the uniform, related items and accessories to ensure officers wear a set of standard clothing representing SPD while performing daily departmental duties based on the guidelines of the Uniform and Appearance General Order.

The bid was advertised, opened and reviewed. The contract term expires on January 27, 2022. This contract also includes three available annual renewal options.
