| Description Recommend approval to Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract to procure furniture for Worksource Coastal from McWaters, Inc. (1464 E. Victory Drive, Savannah, GA) in the amount of $76,982. The furniture will be used to replace items damaged in a fire in March 2021, at the Liberty County Job Center located in Hinesville, GA. This procurement was made through Georgia State Contract #’s 99999-001-SPD0000100-0092, 99999-001-SPD0000100-0085, and 99999-001-SPD0000100-0029. State Contract purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor is: S.C. McWaters, Inc (1464 E. Victory Drive, Savannah, GA)(B) $76,982 A pre-proposal meeting was not conducted as this item is being procured through the use of a state contract purchasing agreement.
