Parkway & 17 Hotel Partners, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Woodsprings Suites, a development consisting of a 4-story, 99 room hotel at 115 Woodsprings Drive off Chatham Parkway in the President Street Treatment Plant service area located in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 46.77 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $224,371.50 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
