Gwinnett Street (PIN 2-0043-09-023) as surplus and available for sale. The parcel is approximately 90 feet by 110 feet and contains approximately 9,900 square feet, subject to survey. It is zoned R4. The petition has been reviewed by Development Services, Public Works, Water Resources, Housing, and Real Property Services. If this matter is approved, staff will issue a request for proposals to solicit bids from the public for sale of the property.
