| Description The Glorias, LLC (Lessee), a film production company, has requested to lease the 5th floor of the Gamble Building until February 28th, 2019 for the purposes of filming and office space. The Lessee intends to make minor alterations (ie: build interior walls and remove light fixture), but will revert any modifications to original condition upon completion. The Glorias, LLC has agreed to pay $7,000/month and will assume all liability and indemnifications for use of the property. The proposed lease has been reviewed by Real Estate Services and the City Attorney. | |
