Description

Recommend approval to procure an auxiliary power for well station number 10 from Aiken-Harper Electrical Services in the amount of $98,400.62. The auxiliary power will be installed in well station number 10 used by the Water and Supply Treatment plant to provide water in an extended power outage conditions.  This well is considered to be a critical point of water provision and requires an auxiliary power source to accommodate a power outage.  The SBE goal was waived by the Office of Business Opprotunity, due to a lack of certified program participants.
