| Description Coastal Development Group, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Cumberland Point Phase IV, which consists of 26 single family homes. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 26 equivalent residential unit development on Highlands Boulevard. The agreement is consistent with the policy directives, and infrastructure strategic priority approved by the Mayor and Aldermen. This agreement has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
