Description

Recommend approval of Contract Modification No.1 for the Cann Park Sidewalk Project with Astra Construction Services, LLC in the amount of $20,352.23.

The original contract was for improvements to Cann Park including new concrete sidewalk with a rubber walking surface, existing concrete sidewalk repairs, and new fencing.

This contract modification is needed for additional concrete work, new lighting, fencing and turf and irrigation repairs.  

This project is now in the closeout phase and the City has accepted the facility for use.  The original contract was approved by City Council on November 20, 2018 in the amount of $306,232.38. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification is $326,584.61.
