Recommend approval of a resolution to accept a $30,000 donation from Memorial Health University Medical Center (Memorial Health) for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) to help modest income Memorial Health employees become first time Savannah homeowners.  None of the investments made into the SAHF by Memorial Health and other investors are used for administrative costs. The City of Savannah Housing and Neighborhood Services Department and the Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA), a non-profit housing corporation, oversee and administer the SAHF.
